Employers that hire people with a record, Milwaukee - 10 months and counting

A few employers in Milwaukee say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 13 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
