Employers that hire people with a record, Madison (update)

A few employers in Madison say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
