Employers that hire people with a record, Madison after 18 years as a call-centre agent

A few employers in Madison say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. The HR contact was kind and direct.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
