Employers that hire people with a record, Madison after 10 years as an administrative assistant

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Madison, in case local advice matters. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
