Employers that hire people with a record, Madison - 3 weeks in

A few employers in Madison say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
