Employers that hire people with a record, Louisville (Louisville)

A few employers in Louisville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
