Employers that hire people with a record, Louisville

A few employers in Louisville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
