Employers that hire people with a record, Louisville

A few employers in Louisville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 6 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
