Employers that hire people with a record, Little Rock (update)

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. Any experience at all would help. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
