Employers that hire people with a record, Little Rock (update)

A few employers in Little Rock say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 15 months.

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
