Employers that hire people with a record, Little Rock, school bus driver here

A few employers in Little Rock say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
