Employers that hire people with a record, Little Rock after 3 years as a payroll clerk

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I worked as a payroll clerk before this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
