Employers that hire people with a record, Knoxville

A few employers in Knoxville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been a long 11 weeks. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 11 months. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
