Employers that hire people with a record, Knoxville - 13 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
