Employers that hire people with a record, Kansas City, mechanic here

Ingrid Costa · 2026-07-21T04:41:37.679Z

A few employers in Kansas City say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
