Employers that hire people with a record, Kansas City - first time posting

A few employers in Kansas City say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 4 months. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
