Employers that hire people with a record, Kansas City, copywriter here

A few employers in Kansas City say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 12 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
