Employers that hire people with a record, Kansas City - any advice?

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 12 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
