Employers that hire people with a record, Jacksonville - 8 months and counting

A few employers in Jacksonville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
