Employers that hire people with a record, Jacksonville - 7 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. Any experience at all would help. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
