Employers that hire people with a record, Honolulu - any advice?

A few employers in Honolulu say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
