Employers that hire people with a record, Hartford - what worked for you?

A few employers in Hartford say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
