Employers that hire people with a record, Hartford - 13 weeks in

A few employers in Hartford say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
