Employers that hire people with a record, Fresno - 12 months and counting

A few employers in Fresno say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 8 months. Any other leads?
