Employers that hire people with a record, Detroit - what worked for you?

A few employers in Detroit say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Any experience at all would help. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 12 months.

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
