Employers that hire people with a record, Detroit (update)

A few employers in Detroit say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The HR contact was kind and direct.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
