Employers that hire people with a record, Detroit - first time posting

A few employers in Detroit say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been a long 21 weeks. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
