Employers that hire people with a record, Denver - 4 weeks in

A few employers in Denver say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Denver, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
