Employers that hire people with a record, Dallas, warehouse supervisor here

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 3 months. Has anyone worked at these places?
