Employers that hire people with a record, Dallas - 9 weeks in

A few employers in Dallas say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The HR contact was kind and direct.

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
