Employers that hire people with a record, Columbus - what worked for you?

A few employers in Columbus say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
