Employers that hire people with a record, Columbus - first time posting

A few employers in Columbus say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
