Employers that hire people with a record, Columbus

Carlos Halvorsen · 2026-06-29T10:50:07.685Z

A few employers in Columbus say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 16 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
