Employers that hire people with a record, Cleveland - first time posting

A few employers in Cleveland say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 16 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
