Employers that hire people with a record, Cleveland (Cleveland)

A few employers in Cleveland say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
