Employers that hire people with a record, Cleveland after 6 years as a welding apprentice

A few employers in Cleveland say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
