Employers that hire people with a record, Cincinnati - what worked for you?

A few employers in Cincinnati say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a sales associate before this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
