Employers that hire people with a record, Cincinnati after 17 years as a warehouse supervisor

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. Any experience at all would help. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 17 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
