Employers that hire people with a record, Cincinnati - 2 months and counting

A few employers in Cincinnati say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
