Employers that hire people with a record, Chicago

A few employers in Chicago say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. The HR contact was kind and direct.

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
