Employers that hire people with a record, Chicago

A few employers in Chicago say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
