Employers that hire people with a record, Chicago - 18 weeks in

A few employers in Chicago say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
