Employers that hire people with a record, Charlotte (update)

A few employers in Charlotte say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
