Employers that hire people with a record, Charlotte - any advice?

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I worked as a recruiter before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
