Employers that hire people with a record, Charlotte

A few employers in Charlotte say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
