Employers that hire people with a record, Buffalo - what worked for you?

A few employers in Buffalo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Thank you in advance. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
