Employers that hire people with a record, Buffalo - what worked for you?

A few employers in Buffalo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been a long 10 weeks. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
