Employers that hire people with a record, Buffalo

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
