Employers that hire people with a record, Buffalo - any advice?

A few employers in Buffalo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
