Employers that hire people with a record, Buffalo - any advice?

A few employers in Buffalo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
